Headstands are controversial with good reason - they’re dangerous. They’re often mentioned as an option but not taught…it takes time to do them right and not get hurt. Some of you choose not to do them and I understand and respect that. We’ll warm up, we’ll talk about the dangers then we’ll practice them safely and see how they can be an integral part of building good strength and balance. I’m not trying to change anyone’s mind but you’re welcome to come if you are team “no headstands” just for the info :) This is a great workshop for teachers. Sunday, June 14, 9a - 10:15a.
