EveryBODY is different. And you've probably heard dozens of opposing corrections for the same postures... Have your questions answered and never have the thought "am I doing this right?" again during your practice. Work on what you want to work on at this time in your life and have fun learning what the path is to be able to do the things you can't do yet :)
