Welp…we did so much in the first one we need another one. The “consequences” of your engagements and alignment really show up when you move from posture to posture. For this workshop we’ll work more on connecting arm balances, jumping through, toes to wrists, dropping back in camel, lunges and wheels and probably more ;)
