This retreat will be done a little differently! I’ve rented a BEAUTIFUL studio in the heart of the city (Abyasa Yoga Lisbon in the Baixa Chaido neighborhood, click the “map” :). Classes will be held from 11am each day until 3pm. From 11a - 1p we will have vinyasa practice. You’ll have a 30 minute break so that you can step outside, have a little snack, and we will spend from 1:30p - 3p each day answering questions and working on alignment and transitions for postures such as arm balances, inversions and backbends. The total cost is 550€. Members of Practice Live + Recorded receive a 10% discount (495€). It is a 100€ or $108 deposit to hold your spot (venmo @Renee-LeBlanc-5, zelle (use email teilujeener@gmail.com), IBAN for Europe just shoot me an email :) and the remainder (450€ or 395€) will be due (euros only) on the first day of practice.

With this trip, you’ll be able to make it as cost-effective (airb&b walking distance to the studio) or luxurious as suits you (Ivens Hotel around the corner from studio). I will help you with recommendations on where to stay (hundreds of options within walking distance), eat (unlimited cafes all over the place), sites to see, etc. This studio has mats, blocks, straps, everything that we need and it is just beautiful. Some of you runners may want to stay in a neighborhood that let’s you run along the river to the studio :) And from 3pm on, we can enjoy the city, eat dinner later like the locals do and you can still sleep in and make it to coffee AND class on time.
